- عمليات الدفع المتاحه للعميل من خلال موقعنا بالبطاقه الاتمانية نوع فيزا او ماستر كارد فقط وبالدرهم الاماراتي فقط.
- في حال وجود اي شكوى لدى العميل يجب الاتصال بخدمة العملاء لحل المشكلة
- يخضع هذا الموقع لقانون دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة .
- يسمح باستخدام مرافق الموقع وخدماته لمن هو اكبر من 18 سنة .
الشروط والاحكام
- يحق للعميل استخدام اشتراكه لمدة أقصاها 90 يومًا من تاريخ البدء ، حيث سيتم إلغاء الاشتراك تلقائيًا بعد ذلك
- في حالة رغبة العميل في إجراء أي تعديل ، يجب إخطار خدمة العملاء عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني أو عبر الواتس آب (0522089620) قبل 24 ساعة من تاريخ التعديل وحتى الساعة 06:00 مساءً
- لا يحق للعميل تعديل وجباته ، وفي حالة رغبته في إجراء تغييرات على وجباته يتم دفع رسوم إضافية ويتم تحديد هذا المبلغ من قبل المكتب الرئيسي
- تبدأ خدمة توصيل الوجبات من الساعة 10 صباحًا حتى الساعة 10 مساءً سبعة أيام في الأسبوع ما عدا يوم الخميس حيث يتم تناول الوجبات في اليوم التالي
- وقت انتظار السائق في مكان التسليم المتفق عليه مع العميل هو 10 دقائق فقط من لحظة وصول السائق إلى المكان الذي يتم فيه إبلاغ العميل بمواعيد التسليم التقريبية لمكان التسليم في بداية الاشتراك و في حالة عدم استجابة العميل للمكالمة ، سيتم حفظ الوجبات في أقرب فرع من فروع Low Calories
- يحق للعميل إعادة تمويل الأموال المتبقية ما لم يتجاوز الاشتراك 5 أيام من تاريخ البدء وفقًا للشروط والأحكام المالية للشركة
- حالات الاسترداد المطبقة فقط في هذه الفترة (21 يومًا و 28 يومًا) ولا يوجد استرداد في هذه الفترة (7 أيام و 14 يومًا)
الشروط و الاحكام الماليه للشركه
يتم خصم نسبة 2.65% وذلك بدل خدمات ايداع وتحويل من قيمة المبلغ المدفوع بالبطاقه بالاضافه الى خصم الايام التي تم توصيلها للعميل بالتكلفه الاصليه بدون خصومات حيث يتم ايداع المبلغ المعاد للعميل في الحساب البنكي المتفق عليه خلال فتره تتراوح من 7 الي 10 ايام عمل من تاريخ الغاء الاشتراك

- Payment processes available to the customer through our website with credit card type Visa or Master Card only and with UAE dirhams only
- In the event that the customer has any complaint, he must contact customer service to solve the problem

Terms and Conditions
- The customer has the right to use his subscription for a maximum period of 90 days period.from the date of starting, as the subscription will be canceled automatically after this.
- Incase the customer want to make any amendment, the customer service must be notified by email or by WhatsApp (0522089620) 24 hours before the date of amendment, up to 06:00 p.m.
- The customer is not entitled to amend his meals, and in case he wants to make changes to the meals, an additional fee will be paid and this amount will be determined by the main office.
- The meal delivery service starts from 10 in the morning until 10 in the evening, seven days a week, except for Thursday, when meals are taken in the next day.
- The driver's waiting time at the place of delivery agreed with the customer is only 10 minutes from the moment the driver arrives at the place where the customer is informed of the approximate delivery times of the place of delivery at the beginning of the subscription and incase the customer does not respond to the call, the meals will be saved in the nearest branch of Low Calories.
- The customer has the right to Re-fund The Remaining Money unless the subscription exceeds 5 days from the start date in accordance with the financial terms and conditions of the company.
- Refund Cases Only Applied On These Period ( 21 Days & 28 Days ) and There No Refund On These Period ( 7 Days & 14 Days ).
Financial terms and conditions of the company
A percentage of 2.65% is deducted in exchange for deposit and transfer services from the value of the amount paid to the card in addition to the deduction of the days that were delivered to the customer at the original cost without discounts, as the amount returned to the customer is deposited in the bank account agreed upon within 7 to 10 Work days from the date of canceling the subscription
